Returns & Refund Policy

Your Statutory Right to Cancel Your Order

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days beginning on the day after you receive your order. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us promptly.

We will not consider that reasonable care has been taken if the goods have been used, handled, or opened beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining goods prior to purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned:

Unused and unopened.
In their original condition.
In their original packaging, including all boxes, inserts, labels, and protective materials.
With all product seals intact and unbroken.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, tampered with, or altered in any way.

Any return received with an opened outer box, damaged packaging, broken seal, missing components, or signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Returning Your Order

The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box where applicable.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
